This concept plan can only work if the unity of the Commonwealth, Governments comes together for the good of the American people not the good of the lobbyist. Sure it may take a great effort to make the concept work, but unless something like my plan is implemented, America’s dominance in the world order and how American’s is viewed as a power in the world will surely diminished.
For many years I have conceived this concept for all Americans in America, to achieve health care, food, housing clothing, fuel, education etc. The only way this concept will work is for the Commonwealth, Government to provide jobs and mandate that all physical and mentally able Americans under the age of 55 or required to work either for the below listed provided government jobs or private companies unless they are self sufficient. No exceptions!
With China, India and other countries around the world consuming much of the world’s resources my concept plan would allow us to export more to those countries and could be the foundation for the security of America an also release our dependency on importing services and resources that Americans can provide not to mention generating additional profits for the US.
1. Wages: Minimum wage should be raised to $10, and may increase every two years $1 depending on the rate of inflation.
2. Employment/Jobs: All American under the age of 55 that are physical and mentally able to work, must work ether for the private sector or within the government provide jobs system’s listed below across the US, unless they are self sufficient. Forty hour weeks will be the standard and employees will be paid according to the effort they put into the job and their skill level. No exceptions! Any Commonwealth, Government assistance (Welfare) will only be provided for children the disable and elderly and for the most part after the plan is fully implemented will not be needed.
With the Commonwealth, Federal Government providing jobs along with local government across the US for able persons and providing training for house builders, farmers, clothing manufactures, technical equipment service, food preparation and other industries service that or needed in the US Commonwealth, we can achieve independents for all US Commonwealth, citizens.
3. Housing: Frame low cost prefab houses, made from a variety of eco friendly material (Not Just wood and not mobile homes) can be built and easily shipped using Americans trained and paid to do the work by the government. In the US Commonwealth, houses/apartments/building will be setup on Commonwealth, Government or private land to house the homeless and others will also be sold or donated to other countries as needed.
4. Food: Farms will provide food for children the disable, elderly and those in need and purchase in US Commonwealth, retail outlets. The food will also be exported, sold and donated to Nations around the world that needs food. Farms will be set up on Commonwealth, Government land around the US that can provide the best yield. These farm jobs will employee people who can not find employment in the private sector.
5. Clothing: Using employee that cannot find employment in the private sector to manufactured and provide clothing for children, disable the elderly through donations or sold in retail outlets as well as exported and sold or donated to Nations around the world that need clothing.
6. Health Care/Insurance should be made available to cover each and every person in the US Commonwealth, if needed. Plans like those in other countries will also work in America with a little tweaking. Everyone will have an insurance plan, which will include critical treatment for anyone if needed.
All doctors regardless of their specialization will have to provide treatment for the indigent, low income, elderly, and children etc as part of their license to practice medicine. All Pharmaceutical companies will provide 50% of all products at no cost those in need, to be approved by the FDA and allowed to sell on the open market in the US Commonwealth.
Those families/people that have income of $100,000 or more will be required to pay pre-determine annual premium, biased on their annual income. All doctors will be required to provide 20 hours a week to assist in the needs of patients per their medical license agreement. Using the format that the VA is setup, there will be no need for Medicare and therefore can save millions of tax dollars.
7. Fuel from Hemp: This the most controversial part of my plan and will surely have a lot of opposition but will clearly help to eliminate using corn and other food sources to produce alternative fuel and help offset the use of fossil fuel. Hemp can be grown in most parts of the US in abundances with little work to maintain, less stress on the soil and will produce more fuel at a lower cost than harvesting corn, trees etc to produce fuel. The hemp can also be grown with low or no THC content to avoid illegal use. This will create additional jobs and help the economy of the Commonwealth.
